OVAKO SE PRIPREMAJU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Izuzetno ukusne jogurt kocke mo\u017eete pripremiti uz pomo\u0107 ovog recepta koji vam donosimo\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nije pretjerano te\u0161ko za pripremu, a rezultat je sjajan\u2026<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\n200 grama putera<br \/>\n4 jaja<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161i\u010dice vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n250 grama \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nlimun<br \/>\n350 grama o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\npra\u0161ak za pecivo<br \/>\n550 grama \u010dvrstog jogurta<br \/>\n400 grama kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>U dvije posude odvojiti bjelanca od \u017eumanjaka. Bjelanca ostaviti za kasnije.<br \/>\nU posudu staviti 200 grama putera, 100 grama \u0161e\u0107era, 2 ka\u0161i\u010dice vanilin \u0161e\u0107era, prstohvat soli i mije\u0161ati mikserom 2 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim dodati prvi \u017eumanjak i nastaviti miksati jo\u0161 jednu minutu. Isti postupak ponavljati i sa drugim, tre\u0107im i \u010detvrtim \u017eumanjkom.<br \/>\nU tako dobivenu smjesu prvo naribati koricu limuna, a zatim dodati 300 grama o\u0161trog bra\u0161na, te jednu ka\u0161i\u010dicu pra\u0161ka za pecivo.<\/p>\n<p>Malo promije\u0161ati drvenom kuha\u010dom, a zatim dobro umijesiti rukama (Napomena: mije\u0161ati brzim pokretima da se smjesa ne bi grijala od temperature ruku).<br \/>\nTako oblikovano tijesto podijeliti na 2 jednaka dijela. Jednu od dvije polovine onda ponovo podijeliti, sada na 3 jednaka dijela.<br \/>\nStaviti ih u plasti\u010dnu vre\u0107icu i smjestiti u zamrziva\u010d na pola sata a onu prvu polovinu na isti na\u010din u fri\u017eider, tako\u0111er na 30 minuta!<\/p>\n<p>FIL: 4 bjelanjka koja ste ranije ostavili mutiti mikserom, i postepeno dodavati 150 grama \u0161e\u0107era u smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Miksati oko tri minute, dok se ne dobije \u00absnijeg\u00bb. U posebnu posudu staviti 550 grama \u010dvrstog jogurta, 400 grama kiselog vrhnja, 2 ka\u0161i\u010dice vanilin<br \/>\n\u0161e\u0107era i 50 grama (5 ka\u0161ika) o\u0161trog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Plasti\u010dnom ka\u0161ikom brzim pokretima sve umije\u0161ati dok se ne sjedini, a zatim dodati \u00absnijeg\u00bb od bjelanjaka. Nastaviti mije\u0161ati \u017eicom dok se masa ne<br \/>\nsjedini.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremiti papir za pe\u010denje i na njega staviti tijesto iz hladnjaka i dobro ga \u00abrazvaljati\u00bb oklagijom do veli\u010dine posude za pe\u010denje, tj. tepsije i staviti ga u istu.
