Prosejano bra\u0161no sipati u vanglu, dodati 2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era, 1 ka\u0161iku soli, vodu sa kvascem i 100 ml ulja.<\/p>\n<p>Umesiti lagano, uz eventualno dodavanje jo\u0161 malo bra\u0161na, da testo bude glatko, mekano i da se ne lepi. Sve se radi odmah, ni kvasac ni testo ne ostavljate da raste.<\/p>\n<p>U zavisnosti od toga koju veli\u010dinu kiflica \u017eelite, delite testo na ve\u0107e ili manje loptice. Razvu\u0107i oklagijom u oblik elipse, naneti fil po \u017eelji (sir, \u0161unku ili za dane posta d\u017eem, marmeladu, orahe\u2026) i rukama lagano urolati \u00adkiflicu.<\/p>\n<p>Pleh blago podmazati margarinom i re\u0111ati kiflice sa razmakom od bar 2 cm, jer dosta narastu dok se peku. Ostaviti da narastaju oko 2 sata na toplom mestu, pa narasle kiflice \u010detkicom premazati majonezom i posuti susamom.<\/p>\n<p>Rernu ugrejati na 220 stepeni i pe\u0107i da lepo porumene. Pazite da se ne prepeku.<\/p>\n<p>Margarin ili puter otopite i ugrejte u \u0161erpici sa poklopcem (prska, a treba da bude vrelo). Pe\u010dene, tople kiflice odmah prelijte vru\u0107im margarinom, na svaku kiflicu po ka\u0161iku, dve i ostavite da se ohladi.
