Ravnomjerno rasporediti i blago utisnuti.<br \/>\nZatim, nanijeti jo\u0161 dve kore za pite i svaku premazati rastopljenim puterom.<br \/>\nNanijeti polovinu fila od oraha i ravnomjerno rasporediti pa blago pritisnuti.<br \/>\nSlo\u017eiti jo\u0161 dvije kore i premazati puterom pa naneti polovinu fila od sira.<\/p>\n<p>Ravnomjerno rasporediti i fino sabiti. Na kraju slijede jabuke i zadnje 2 kore.<br \/>\nPremazati ih s ostatkom margarina. Zavr\u0161iti korama premazanim puterom i izbockati gibanicu na nekoliko mjesta.<br \/>\nPripremljenu gibanicu premazati kiselim mlijekom i sa\u010dekati desetak minuta da kore upiju te\u010dnost.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i u ugrijanoj rerni na 150\u00baC oko 60 minuta.
