Sa njima jednostavno nema gre\u0161ke\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebni sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>Korice:<br \/>\n6 jaja<br \/>\n120 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike kakao praha<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike ulja<br \/>\n50 ml hladne vode<br \/>\n1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo ( 10 gr )<br \/>\n200 ml mleka za prelivanje kore<\/p>\n<p>Krem:<br \/>\n1l mleka<br \/>\n8 ka\u0161ika gustina ili bra\u0161na<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 gr \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n200 gr margarina ( ili 250 ml slatke pavlake, onda bez \u0161e\u0107era u prahu )<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladni deo:<br \/>\n100 gr crne \u010dokolade<br \/>\n100 gr mle\u010dne \u010dokolade<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike ulja<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika mleka<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Ulupati penasto belanca uz dodavanje \u0161e\u0107era. Doliti vodu i opet mutiti.<\/p>\n<p>Dodavati jedno po jedno \u017eumance, pa u mlezu sipati ulje. Na kraju dodati bra\u0161no, kakao i pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sve sjediniti varja\u010dom ili \u017eicom za mu\u0107enje.<\/p>\n<p>Istresti u oblo\u017een pleh ( 30 x 20 cm ) i staviti da se pe\u010de u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 200 stepeni i onda smanjiti na 180. Pe\u0107i biskvit oko 20 minuta zavisno od rerne. Ako niste sigurni pred kraj kad mislite da je kora gotova testirajte \u010da\u010dkalicom, ukoliko iza\u0111e suva kora je gotova.<\/p>\n<p>Pome\u0161ati bra\u0161no ( gustin ), \u0161e\u0107er i 200 ml mleka, a ostatak mleka staviti da provri. Kada mleko provri zakuvati umu\u0107enu masu i me\u0161ati dok se ne zgusne.<\/p>\n<p>Skloniti sa vatre da se potpuno ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Margarin sobne temperature penasto umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu pa im dodati pola ohladjenog krema, umutiti pa dodati ostatak i opet umutiti.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko ne \u017eelite da dodate margarin, ulupajte 250 ml slatke pavlake, da bude \u010dvrsto pa je dodajte ohaldjenom kremu i sve umutite, ne brinite ne\u0107e biti retko nego fino kremasto.<\/p>\n<p>Staviti sve sastojke za preliv i otopiti, me\u0161ati da se sjedinte.<\/p>\n<p>Preliv treba da je redak. Ako vam je gu\u0161\u0107i, jer sve to zavisi od \u010dokolade, dodajte jo\u0161 malo mleka, nekoliko ka\u0161ika i ostavite da se hladi. Dok se hladi malo se zgu\u0161njava ali je i dalje re\u0111i.<\/p>\n<p>Ohla\u0111enu koru presecite vodoravno da se dobiju dve tanke korice pa ih prelijte sa mlekom, obe ravnomerno svuda.<\/p>\n<p>Nanesite pola krema na koru pa preko nje pola preliva. Ostavite u fri\u017eider 10 minuta, da se taj preliv malo stegne.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vreme na drugu koru nanesite ostatak fila. Kada izvadite prvu koru iz fri\u0107idera na nju stavite drugu koru koju ste namazali i onda na nju opet preliv, ostatak.
