Za pripremu jedne korice umutiti 5 belanca.<\/p>\n<p>U \u010dvrst \u0161am dodati \u0161e\u0107er i mutiti dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne istopi. Dodati mlevene orahe i bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u0161ikom prome\u0161ati dok se masa ne sjedini. Smesu sipati u \u010detvrtasti pleh na pek papir.<\/p>\n<p>Koricu pe\u0107i 20 minuta u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 \u00b0C. Pe\u010dene korice izvaditi iz pleha i prekriti krpom.<\/p>\n<p>Torta nad tortama 5 Torta nad tortama 6Torta nad tortama 7 Torta nad tortama 8Torta nad tortama 9<\/p>\n<p>Kada se korice ispeku pripremiti preliv. Staviti 300 ml mleka u \u0161erpicu da se kuva.<\/p>\n<p>U vrelo mleko dodavati karamel bombone i me\u0161ati ka\u0161ikom dok se bombone ne istope.<\/p>\n<p>Vru\u0107im prelivom preliti sve tri korice i ostaviti ih da odstoje najmanje 10 sati.<\/p>\n<p>Za pripremu fila, u \u0161erpu sipati 900 ml mleka i kuvati na tihoj vatri.<\/p>\n<p>U drugoj \u010diniji umutiti \u017eumanca i \u0161e\u0107er. Dodati puding od vanile i 100 ml mleka.<\/p>\n<p>Sve to umutiti mikserom i postepeno sipati u vrelo mleko uz neprestano me\u0161anje \u017eicom.<\/p>\n<p>Fil kuvati na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti sa \u0161poreta i ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>U \u010diniju staviti margarin i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Penasto umutiti mikserom. U margarin dodavati ohla\u0111en fil i mutiti mikserom.<\/p>\n<p>Fil podeliti na dva jednaka dela. U jedan deo narendati belu \u010dokoladu a u drugi \u010dokoladu sa le\u0161nikom.<\/p>\n<p>Prome\u0161ati ka\u0161ikom dok se masa ne sjedini. Umutiti \u0161lag penu sa kiselom vodom.<\/p>\n<p>Jednu koricu staviti na poslu\u017eavnik i premazati je filom sa belom \u010dokoladom a zatim i filom sa \u010dokoladom sa le\u0161nicima.<\/p>\n<p>Postupak ponoviti za sve tri korice. Celu tortu premazati \u0161lagom i ukrasiti po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>Tortu staviti u fri\u017eider da se ohladi.
