(VIDEO)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vjerovatno ste ve\u0107 \u010duli za poznati Haselbek punjeni krompir, ali jeste li znali da i piletinu mo\u017eete na isti na\u010din pripremiti? Originalno je tehnika pripreme za takozvano jelo \u2018Hasselback punjenu piletinu\u2019 u \u0160vedskoj nastala u restoranu Hasselbacken.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhar je jednom prilikom odlu\u010dio napraviti male rezove krompira i onda nafilovao sirom i slaninom.<\/p>\n<p>Onda su nafilovali slatki krompir i jabuke \u2013 a zatim odlu\u010dili isto uraditi i sa pile\u0107im prsima.<\/p>\n<p>Ispostavilo se da se gostima jako svidjelo njihovo jelo, a onda su odlu\u010dili i objaviti recept.<\/p>\n<p>Naime, prvo trebate isje\u0107i komad pile\u0107ih prsa kao \u0161to je na video snimku prikazano (mo\u017eete ga pogledati u prilogu ispod), a potom posolite piletinu i po \u017eelji pobiberite.<\/p>\n<p>Tako pripremljena pile\u0107a prsa mo\u017eete nafilovati spana\u0107em koji ste prethodno propr\u017eili na maslinovom ulju, sa mocarelom i rikotom. Onda mo\u017eete preko naribati sir i sve alevom paprikom za\u010diniti.<\/p>\n<p>Nafilovanu piletinu potom na pek papir stavite i na 20-25 minuta ubacite u rernu da se na 200 stepeni pe\u010de. Po \u017eelji, mo\u017eete na vrhu posuti piletinu bilo kojim sirom koji kod ku\u0107e imate \u2013 ne\u0107ete pogrije\u0161iti ukoliko izaberete mozzarellu ili sir cheddar.<\/p>\n<p>Najbolje bi bilo da pospete sir po vrhu u posljednjih 5-10 minuta pe\u010denja, kako bi se istopio, a piletina \u0107e poprimiti zlatnu boju i biti savr\u0161enog ukusa! Mo\u017eete kao prilog poslu\u017eiti slatki krompir ili pr\u017eeni krompir.<\/p>\n<p>Ni sa povr\u0107em i ri\u017eom ne\u0107ete pogrije\u0161iti. U\u017eivajte u jelu \u2013 i prijatno!
