Jako je va\u017eno da se koristi kvalitetno vino, jer \u0107e tada i umak biti finiji \u2013 ja uvijek koristim istu vrstu vina za kuhanje i kasnije za pi\u0107e.<br>\nostaviti da se kuha na laganoj vatri oko 45 minuta, tj. dok ne postanu mekane. (za pure\u0107e \u0161nicle je potrebno manje vremena 20-tak minuta).<br>\ngotove \u0161nicle<br>\nSavjet:<br>\n\u0160nicle se mogu panirati i ispr\u017eiti nekoliko sati ili dan ranije, a dogotoviti neposredno prije poslu\u017eivanja. Ukusne su tople i hladne.<br>\nPoslu\u017eivanje<br>\nLi\u010dke \u0161nicle poslu\u017eite uz ri\u017eu ili kuhani, restani, i pire krumpir sa salatom po \u017eelji.
