Nekoliko razli\u010ditih kola\u010da ulep\u0161a\u0107e svaku trpezu.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\n6 celih jaja<br \/>\n12 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 g pe\u010denih le\u0161nika<br \/>\n100 g \u010dokolade<br \/>\n125 g maslaca<br \/>\n3 lista velike oblande<\/p>\n<p>Za glazuru:<br \/>\n200 g \u010dokolade<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike ulja<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Le\u0161nike prvo sameljete ili izblendirajte. Razdvojite belanca od \u017eumanaca, pa umutite belanca uz dodavanje 6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era i mutite dok ne dobijete \u010dvrstu smesu. Zatim dodajte le\u0161nike i sjedinite.<\/p>\n<p>Na donji deo pleha stavite jedan list oblande, pa ga prema\u017eite sa pola ove mere. Pecite 6 ili 7 minuta na 200\u00b0C u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni.<\/p>\n<p>Ponovite postupak jo\u0161 jednom, sa jo\u0161 jednim listom oblande.<\/p>\n<p>U manjoj \u0161erpi umutite \u017eumanca sa preostalim \u0161e\u0107erom. Stavite manju \u0161erpu na ve\u0107u, u koju ste sipali 1-1,5 cm vode na vatru i kuvajte na pari 10ak minuta, pa dodajte izlomljenu \u010dokoladu i me\u0161ajte dok se i \u010dokolada ne otopi.<\/p>\n<p>Sklonite sa vatre, prebacite u sud u kojem \u0107ete sve mutiti, pa ostavite da se hladi uz povremeno me\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p>Kockice maslaca sobne temperature dodajte ohla\u0111enom \u010dokoladnom filu i sve zajedno umutite.<\/p>\n<p>Ako se odlu\u010dite za margarin, njega prvo umutite, pa onda tek dodajte, jer se on te\u017ee razbije mikserom, pa da ne bi imali grudvice margarina u filu.<\/p>\n<p>Stavite prvu oblandu sa koricom, pa je prema\u017eite sa pola fila, preko nje stavite drugu, pa prema\u017eite sa ostatkom fila.<\/p>\n<p>Preklopite tre\u0107im listom, onu hrapavu stranu okrenete na dole. Blago opteretite oblande, pa ostavite da odstoje i stegnu se.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon nekih 2h otopite \u010dokoaldu uz dodatak ulja, na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj zagrevaju\u0107i \u010dokoladu po 20-30 sekundi na srednjoj temperaturi dok se ne otopi.<\/p>\n<p>Prelijte preko oblande, rasporedite i pospite po \u017eelji sa malo le\u0161nika.
