Pripremiti pleh 40\u00d733 cm (veliki pleh od elektri\u010dnog \u0161poreta) i u njega staviti pek papir. U jednom tanjiru izme\u0161ati mlevene orahe i bra\u0161no. Belanca i \u0161e\u0107er umutiti u \u010dvrst sneg. Ostaviti mikser na stranu i dodati orahe i bra\u0161no. Izme\u0161ati ru\u010dno. Masu sipati u pleh i pe\u0107i na 200 stepeni 15 minuta. Ne prati vilju\u0161\u010dice od miksera. \u017dumanca od prve i druge kore staviti u jednu \u010diniju, poklopiti i staviti u fri\u017eider, isto uraditi sa \u017eumancima od tre\u0107e i \u010detvrte kore. U vru\u0107 fil dodajte Noisette milku i ume\u0161ati da se \u010dokolada istopi. Ostaviti fil da se dobro ohladi.<br>\nMilka Noisette torta_5<br>\nZa fil 2, \u017eumanca i 100 g \u0161e\u0107era umutiti penasto u \u010diniji, dodajte bra\u0161no i puding i malo po malo mleka da se dobije masa bez grudvica. Ostatak mleka stavite u \u0161erpu sa 100 g \u0161e\u0107era. Kad mleko provri zakuvati fil, smanjiti temperaturu i neprekidno me\u0161ati dok se fil ne zgusne. U vru\u0107 fil dodati belu milku i me\u0161ati da se \u010dokolada istopi. Ostaviti da se fil dobro ohladi. Posle pripreme drugog fila oprati vilju\u0161\u010dice.<br>\nKada se filovi dobro ohlade umutiti krem \u0161lag sa vodom i ostaviti sa strane. Ne prati vilju\u0161\u010dice od miksera ve\u0107 istim mutiti margarine.<br>\nPripremiti dve posude i u svaku staviti po 250 g margarina. Penasto umutiti margarine. U prvu posudu dodavati fil sa belom milkom i dobro sjediniti. Dobijen je fil 2.<br>\nIstim vilju\u0161\u010dicama u drugu posudu dodati fil sa Noisette milkom i dobro umutiti.
