U posebnoj \u010diniji pomije\u0161ati vodu, sir\u0107e, so i jaje. Dobro izmije\u0161ati. Zatim dodajte bra\u0161no i umijesite tijesto. Tijesto mora biti elasti\u010dno i takvo da se ne lijepi za ruke.<\/p>\n<p>Stavite tijesto na sto posut bra\u0161nom i podijelite ga na dva dijela. Prvi dio razvaljajte \u0161to je mogu\u0107e tanje, na oko 3 milimetra debljine.<\/p>\n<p>Margarin, tako\u0111er podijelite na dva dijela. Prvo tijesto prema\u017eite sa polovinom margarina.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim isto uradite sa drugim tijestom pa ga preklopite preko prvog dijela tijesta. Uvaljajte tijesto u rolat. Zatim rolat savijte u oblik pu\u017ea. Pu\u017e od tijesta stavite u kesu i ostavite u fri\u017eider na 15 minuta, a mo\u017ee i du\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Kada tijesto izvadite iz fri\u017eidera, ponovo ga razvijte pa slo\u017eite u oblik pravougaonika.
