{"id":10525,"date":"2022-01-21T13:05:32","date_gmt":"2022-01-21T13:05:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10525"},"modified":"2022-01-21T13:05:32","modified_gmt":"2022-01-21T13:05:32","slug":"sarena-torta-svi-moji-omiljeni-sastojci-kokos-cokolada-i-orasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10525","title":{"rendered":"\u0160arena torta: svi moji omiljeni sastojci: kokos, \u010dokolada I orasi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SASTOJCI:<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit:<br \/>\n12 bjelanjaca,<br \/>\n15 zlica secera,<br \/>\n3 zlice brasna,<br \/>\n100gr. kokosa<br \/>\n100gr. mljevenih orasa,<br \/>\n50gr. rendane cokolade.<\/p>\n<p>Fill:<br \/>\n1L mlijeka,<br \/>\n12 zumanjaca,<br \/>\n10 zlica brasna,<br \/>\n200gr. secera,<br \/>\n500gr.putera<br \/>\n100gr.kuhinjske cokolade,<br \/>\n100gr.isprezenih i isjeckanih orasa,<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<br \/>\nUkljucite pecnicu na 190C.<\/p>\n<p>BISKVIT:<br \/>\nUmutiti 4 bjelanjka sa 5 zlica secera.Dodati 1 zlicu brasna i nastavite da miksate.Zatim dodati 100gr. kokosa.Uzmite spatulu i sa spatulom umijesajte kokos.Dobro pomastite i pobrasnite kalup za pecenje ili oblozite kalup sa papirom za pecenje.Stavite peci 10-15 min.<\/p>\n<p>BISKVIT:<br \/>\nUmutite 4 bjelanjca sa 5 zlica secera.U to dodajte 1 zlicu brasna.Sa spatulom umijesajte 100gr. mljevenih orasa.Stavite peci 10-15 min.<\/p>\n<p>BISKVIT:<br \/>\nUmutite 4 bjelanjca sa 5 zlica secera.U to dodajte 1 zlicu brasna.Sa spatulom umijesajte 50gr. rendane cokolade.Stavite peci 10-15 min.<\/p>\n<p>FILL:<br \/>\nOd 1 L. mlijeka oduzmite 150 ml.12 zumanjaca izmijesajte sa 15 zlica brasna i 150 ml.mljeka.850ml. mljeka i 200 gr.secera stavite da prokuha.<\/p>\n<p>U prokuhalo mlijeko sipajte smjesu zumanjaca.Mutite dok se smjesa ne zgusne.Skinuti sa peci i ostavite da se ohladi.U ohladen fill dodajte 500gr.putera.Podijelite fill na 3.<\/p>\n<p>1 FILL:<br \/>\ndodajte 100gr.istopljene kuhinjske cokolade.2 FILL:dodajte 100gr.preprzenih i isjeckanih orasa.3 FILL:ostaje isti.<\/p>\n<p>REDANJE:<br \/>\nKokos biskvit-cokoladni fill,Cokoladni biskvit-orasasti fill,Obicni bikvit-obicni fill.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje:<br \/>\nJa sam u cokoladni fill dodala a vi ako zelite.Tortu sam pravila povodom dodjele fakultetske diplome moje kcerke pa stavljam i njenu slicicu kad je bila 1 razred u Njemackoj\u2026dekoracija mi nije nesto posto sam ovu tortu zavrsila u subotu ujutro u 3:30 tako da sam jedva gledala ali zato okus je fantastican.<\/p>\n<p>NAPOMENA:Ja sam koristila extra velika jaja tako da mi je trebalo 15 zlica brasna za fill.Promjer kalupa je 26 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Izvor: coolinarika<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>SASTOJCI: Biskvit: 12 bjelanjaca, 15 zlica secera, 3 zlice brasna, 100gr. kokosa 100gr. mljevenih orasa, 50gr. rendane cokolade.
