SVA JE PJENASTA A ODUZIMA SAMO 15 MINUTA ZA PRIPREMU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\noko 200 gr pi\u0161kota (kod nas jedna velika kutija ima 210 gr)<br \/>\nPreliv za namakanje pi\u0161kota:<br \/>\n2 supene ka\u0161ike nes kafe<br \/>\n8 ka\u0161ika vode<br \/>\n3,5 dl mleka<br \/>\nmalo ruma (ili amareta, likera od badema)<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\n4 jaja<br \/>\n16 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n500 gr maskarponea (po\u0161to je preskup, koristila sam \u0161aba\u010dki \u201dAla kajmak\u201d)<br \/>\nmalo te\u010dne vanile<\/p>\n<p>Za posipanje:<br \/>\nmalo kakaoa ili \u010dokolade u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Za Tiramisu koristim malu vatrostalnu posudu sa slike, koja je dimenzija 16 cm x 26 cm, ali je konusnog oblika, pa se ka dnu su\u017eava. Recept je dat ba\u0161 za tu veli\u010dinu posude.<\/p>\n<p>Najpre treba napraviti preliv za namakanje pi\u0161kota: staviti vodu da provri, pa njome preliti nes kafu. Dobro izme\u0161ati, da se sve granule kafe rastope. Zatim dodati mleko i rum i ostaviti sa strane.<\/p>\n<p>Krema: Razbiti jaja, pa belanca staviti u jednu posudu, a \u017eumanca u drugu. Belanca ulupati mikserom u \u010dvrst sneg, pa dodati 8 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era. Mutiti jo\u0161 malo, da se \u0161e\u0107er rastopi, pa ostaviti sa strane.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dumancima dodati 8 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, pa ih dobro izmutiti mikserom. Dodati sir i malo vanile, pa dobro prome\u0161ati. U \u017eumanca dodati sneg od belanaca, pa obe smese lepo i ne\u017eno prome\u0161ati \u0161patulom, da se dobije fina gusta krema.<\/p>\n<p>U posudu za Tiramisu staviti par ka\u0161ika kreme, pa na nju slagati pi\u0161kote, provla\u010de\u0107i ih prvo kroz preliv sa nes kafom. Slo\u017eene pi\u0161kote premazati kremom, pa na kremu slo\u017eiti jo\u0161 jedan red pi\u0161kota.
