{"id":10467,"date":"2022-01-20T10:55:40","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T10:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10467"},"modified":"2022-01-20T10:55:40","modified_gmt":"2022-01-20T10:55:40","slug":"divna-vocna-torta-sa-okusom-ananasa-i-banane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10467","title":{"rendered":"DIVNA VO\u0106NA TORTA SA OKUSOM ANANASA I BANANE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nKora:<br \/>\nmere za jednu koru, peku se 3 ovakve kore<br \/>\n3 belanceta<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 \u017eumance<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike griza<\/p>\n<p>Fil 1:<br \/>\n250 ml vode<br \/>\n250 ml soka od ananasa<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 kesice pudinga od vanile<br \/>\n80 ml slatke pavlake (ili dve kesice \u010dvrsto umu\u0107enog \u0161laga)<br \/>\n6 kolutova ananasa<\/p>\n<p>Fil 2:<br \/>\n0.5 l mleka<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n6 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n1 1\/2 kesica pudinga od vanile<br \/>\n200 gr maslaca<br \/>\n150 gr prah \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161:<br \/>\n2-3 banane<br \/>\n\u0161lag ili slatka pavlaka za ukra\u0161avanje (oko 80 gr)<br \/>\n7 kolutova ananasa za ukra\u0161avanje<br \/>\nsok od ananasa za natapanje kora (oko 250 ml)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Kora:<br \/>\nPenasto umutiti belanca, dodati \u0161e\u0107er, zatim \u017eumance, bra\u0161no i griz.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i u prethodno pripremljenom plehu u zagrejanoj rerni dok se kora lagano ne odvoji od ivice pleha.<br \/>\nPleh u kome sam pekla je pre\u010dnika 26cm.<br \/>\nIsti postupak ponovite 3 puta kako bi dobili tri kore.<\/p>\n<p>Fil 1:<br \/>\nVodu i sok od ananasa stavite u \u0161erpu dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i na tome skuvajte puding koji ste prethodno razmutili u posebnu \u010diniju sa 5 ka\u0161ika vode.<br \/>\nJa koristim sok koji se nalazi u konzervi. Taman \u0107e vam biti dovoljna konzerva ananasa od 850 gr. U njoj ima ta\u010dno 14 kolutova ananasa koliko vam treba, a sok iskoristite za fil i natapanje kora.<br \/>\nDobro ohladite fil.<br \/>\nUmutite \u010dvrsto slatku pavlaku ili \u0161lag, pa sjedinite sa hladnom masom.<br \/>\nKolutove ananasa isecite na sitne kockice pa dodajte u fil.<\/p>\n<p>Fil 2:<br \/>\nStavite mleko i \u0161e\u0107er u \u0161erpu da provri. U to dodajte \u017eumanca i puding koje ste prethodno umutili sa 5 ka\u0161ika mleka.<br \/>\nFil ostavite da se ohladi.<br \/>\nPenasto umutite maslac i prah \u0161e\u0107er, pa sjedinite sa ohla\u0111enim filom.<\/p>\n<p>Filovati: kora \u2013 fil 1 \u2013 fil 2 \u2013 banana ise\u0107kana na tanke kolutove tako da pokrije celu koru i fil- kora \u2013 fil 1 \u2013 fil 2 \u2013 iseckana banana \u2013 kora -fil 1- fil 2.<\/p>\n<p>Svaku koru natopite sokom od ananasa pre filovanja. Treba\u0107e vam oko 250 ml soka za sve kore.<\/p>\n<p>Ukrasite tortu preostalim kolutovima ananasa i \u0161lagom.<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam ovaj put stavljala cele kolutove i malo ih je bilo te\u017ee se\u0107i.
