Izmije\u0161ati kakao, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i bra\u0161no te prosijati u posebnu posudu, potom izmije\u0161ane suhe sastojke \u017elicu po \u017elicu dodavati u prvu smjesu i neprestano mije\u0161ati mikserom.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju ru\u010dno umije\u0161ati snijeg bjelanjaka koji ste prethodno izradili s prstohvatom soli. U me\u0111uvremenu sirni namaz mikserom izmije\u0161ati sa \u0161e\u0107erom te dodati slatko vrhnje za \u0161lag i sve \u010dvrsto izraditi. \u017delatinu otopiti na laganoj vatri i polako dodavati uz mije\u0161anje u gornju smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladni premaz:<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladu nare\u017eite na sitno, a u posebnom lon\u010di\u0107u maslac, ulje i vodu zagrijte, te kada se sve sjedini maknite sa vatre i dodajte \u010dokoladu i mije\u0161ajte dok se \u010dokolada ne rastopi<\/p>\n<p>Glazura:<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladu natrgati na komadi\u0107e. Na vatri zagrijati maslac i kakao, maknuti s vatre i umije\u0161ati \u010dokoladu dok se ne rastopi.<\/p>\n<p>Savjet:<\/p>\n<p>Glazuru napravite nakon \u0161to ste poslo\u017eili sve slojeve torte, jer ju je potrebno toplu namazati preko biskvita.<\/p>\n<p>Slaganje slojeva:<\/p>\n<p>Prvi dio biskvita polo\u017eite u kalup u kojemu ste ga pekli i na njega nama\u017eite polovicu pripremljene kreme. Na kremu dodajte \u010dokoladni premaz i potom sve stavite u hladnjak na 15 minuta. N<\/p>\n<p>akon \u0161to se ohladilo dodajte drugu polovicu kreme, zagladite i na vrh stavite drugi dio biskvita.
