{"id":10350,"date":"2022-01-16T15:07:20","date_gmt":"2022-01-16T15:07:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10350"},"modified":"2023-05-03T22:57:56","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T21:57:56","slug":"pure-pleasure-izuzetno-jednostavan-kolac-bez-pecenja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10350","title":{"rendered":"Pure pleasure \u2013 Izuzetno jednostavan kola\u010d bez pe\u010denja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n-jedne gotove kore za rozen-tortu<\/p>\n<p>Vanili-krema:<br \/>\n-1,5 l mlijeka<br \/>\n-4 vre\u0107ice pudinga od vanilije<br \/>\n-10 ju\u0161nih \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n-25 dkg margarina<br \/>\n-25 dkg \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n-naribana korica jednog limuna<\/p>\n<p>Vo\u0107na krema:<br \/>\n-25 dkg jagoda<br \/>\n-3 ju\u0161ne \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n-3 dcl vode<br \/>\n-1 vre\u0107ica pudinga od vanilije<br \/>\n-sok jednog limuna<br \/>\n-ako ne radite djeci savr\u0161eno bi se uklopilo pola dcl nekog finog vo\u0107nog likera<\/p>\n<p>\u0160lag za premazivanje:<br \/>\n-2 dcl slatkog vrhnja<br \/>\n-1 dcl kiselog vrhnja<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Od 1,5 l mlijeka dio odvojite u posudicu sa 4 vanili-pudinga,a u ostatak mlijeka stavite 10 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era i stavite kuhati. Kada mlijeko zavri umije\u0161ajte onaj dio mlijeka u kojem su pudinzi i kuhajte dok se puding ne zgusne(3-4 min.) Stavite hladiti. Nemojte \u010dekat da se skroz ohladi nego u mlaku smjesu umiksajte 25 dkg margarina,25 dkg \u0161e\u0107era u prahu i naribajte koricu jednog limuna. Prva krema je gotova.<\/p>\n<p>Sad se mo\u017eemo bacit na izradu vo\u0107ne kreme. Ja sam imala svje\u017ee jagode zato jer moja princeza voli ba\u0161 jagode ,ali da je bilo po mom gu\u0161tu to bi bile vi\u0161nje u koje bi dodala malo likera od vi\u0161anja ,ali tako \u0107u jednom drugom prilikom \u2026ova je torta bila za moju princezu<br \/>\nO\u010distite jagode i nare\u017eite ih na plo\u0161kice,dodajte 3 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era ,sok jednog limuna i stavite na laganu vatru. Kada jagode po\u010dnu ispu\u0161tat sok i kada se sav \u0161e\u0107er rastopi uzmite \u0161tapni mikser i izmiksajte ih tek toliko da nestanu oni malo ve\u0107i komadi ,a da ba\u0161 ne napravite pire od jagoda. U posebnoj posudici izmije\u0161ajte 3 dcl vode i jednu vre\u0107icu vanili-pudinga i tu smjesu ulijte u jagode, mije\u0161ajte par minuta i maknite sa vatre. I druga krema je gotova.<\/p>\n<p>Sada vam slijedi \u010disti \u201cpiece of cake\u201d tj.mazanje kora. Ja sam imala kupovne,al vjerujem da ima vas koje znate te kore i same napravit. Kad sam vidjela kako su to tanke kore ,ja sam se u trenu predomislila oko ku\u0107ne izrade. U mom je pakiranju bilo 10-tak kora. Ma\u017eite ih tako da na svaku tre\u0107u koru nama\u017eete vo\u0107nu kremu\u2026zna\u010di 3-6-9-ma\u017eite vo\u0107nom, sve ostale kore uklju\u010duju\u0107i i zadnju prema\u017eite vanili-kremom.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite kola\u010d da se dobro stisne do sutra \u2026.meni je bio malo pre nizak pa sam ga prerezala po pola i stavila polovice jednu na drugu. Izmiksala sam 2 dcl slatkog vrhnja u koji sam pred kraj miksanja dodala 1 dcl kiselog vrhnja. Uvijek u \u0161lag dodajem kiselo vrhnje jer mi odgovara taj blago kiselkasti okus\u2026.ne svi\u0111a mi se onaj slatki,slatki okus \u0161laga<br \/>\nTortu ukrasite kako \u017eelite.
