No ovaj ukusni zalogaj\u010di\u0107 usko je povezan s debljanjem jer je prepun ugljikohidrata. \u017delite li u\u017eivati u ukusnom sendvi\u010du bez gri\u017enje savjesti, napravite ukusnu, mekanu i zdravu verziju kruha bez trunke bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 3 jaja<br \/>\n\u2013 100 grama sirnog namaza<br \/>\n\u2013 1\/2 \u017eli\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n\u2013 prstohvat soli<br \/>\n\u2013 papir za pe\u010denje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>1. U jednu zdjelu izdvojite bjelanjke, dodajte malo soli i istucite ih u snijeg.<\/p>\n<p>2. U drugu zdjelu stavite \u017eumanjke, sir i pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sve dobro izmiksajte dok ne dobijete ujedna\u010denu, glatku smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>3. U dobivenu smjesu postepeno dodajte snijeg od bjelanjaka te ga polako i postepeno umije\u0161ajte kako bi zadr\u017eao volumen.<\/p>\n<p>4. Na tepsiju ra\u0161irite papir za pe\u010denje, \u017elicom uzimajte smjesu te je stavljajte na papir, ali ostavite dovoljno razmaka izme\u0111u peciva.<\/p>\n<p>5. Tepsiju stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu te pecite peciva oko 25 minuta na 150 stupnjeva celzijusa.<\/p>\n<p>Savjeti:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Kada peciva izvadite iz pe\u0107nice iznenadit \u0107e vas njihov izgled sli\u010dan kuhanom bjelanjku, no ne dajte se zavarati, upravo takvi moraju biti, ali ne i zadugo. Naime nakon \u0161to se u potpunosti ohlade, peciva je va\u017eno pospremiti u posudu s hermeti\u010dkim poklopcem, te ih ostaviti preko no\u0107i.
