{"id":10327,"date":"2022-01-15T10:07:56","date_gmt":"2022-01-15T10:07:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10327"},"modified":"2022-01-15T10:07:56","modified_gmt":"2022-01-15T10:07:56","slug":"pileci-paprikas-sa-noklicamana-ovaj-nacin-je-kuhala-paprikas-moja-pokojna-baka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=10327","title":{"rendered":"PILECI PAPRIKAS SA NOKLICAMA\u2026NA OVAJ NACIN JE KUHALA PAPRIKAS MOJA POKOJNA BAKA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\nPovrce:<br \/>\n1 crveni luk<br \/>\n1-2 mrkve<br \/>\n1\/2 kom celerovog korjena(moze,a ne mora)<br \/>\n1 crvena paprika<br \/>\n4 krompira<br \/>\n1 kasika paradajz pire (iz tube ili staklenke)<br \/>\nvoda za podliti paprikas<br \/>\n2-3 lovorova lista<\/p>\n<p>Meso<br \/>\n4 kom batka sa zabatkom<br \/>\n1 kom bijelo meso<br \/>\npo zelji vegeta<br \/>\n1 kasikica aleva paprika<br \/>\npo zelji biber<br \/>\nmalo ulja<\/p>\n<p>Nokle<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n5 dobro napunjenih kasika brasna<br \/>\n2 kasike griza<br \/>\n1 dl mineralna voda,a moze i obicna voda<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Isjeckate na kockice luk i prodinstate ga kratko na malo ulja. # Dodate ociscenu i na kolutove isjecenu mrkvu, celer, papriku isjecenu na kockice, lovorov list. # Dok se to dinsta, operete meso, odvojite batke od zabataka, bijelo meso isjecete na cetvoro i sve to dodate na dinstano povrce. # Dinstajte oko 10 min ili dok meso malo ne pobijeli.U medjuvremenu ocistite krompir i isjeckajte ga na kocke.Dodajte ga mesu, odmah dodajte i alevu papriku i vegetu po zelji, pa dinstajte uz povremeno mjesanje oko 5 min.Sad dodajte vrucu vodu, toliko da vam dobro prekrije sve u serpi. # Poklopite i kuvajte dalje na laganoj vatri, opet nekih 10 min! # U medjuvremenu pripremite nokle, tako sto cete viljuskom izmutit jaja, dodati brasno, griz i pomalo dodavati vodu.Ostavite da odstoji dok se paprikas kuha.
