Isprobajte recept za brzi jogurt kola\u010d na \u010da\u0161e s ukusnim nadjevom od jabuka!<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\nBiskvit s jogurtom:<br \/>\n\u25aa 4 jaja<br \/>\n\u25aa 2 \u010da\u0161e* \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u25aa 1 \u010da\u0161a ulja<br \/>\n\u25aa 1 \u010da\u0161a jogurta<br \/>\n\u25aa 1\/2 \u010da\u0161e mlijeka<br \/>\n\u25aa 3 \u010da\u0161e glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u25aa 1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Nadjev s jabukama:<br \/>\n\u25aa 1 kg naribanih jabuka<br \/>\n\u25aa 1 \u017eli\u010dica cimeta<br \/>\n\u25aa 1 \u010da\u0161a \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u25aa 2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u25aa 5 \u017elica griza<\/p>\n<p>* \u2013 Mjera za sastojke je \u010da\u0161a od jogurta (200 g)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nNajprije pripremite nadjev. Jabuke ogulite, o\u010distite i krupno naribajte. Naribanim jabukama dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i kratko ih pirjajte na laganoj vatri da omek\u0161aju i puste sok.<\/p>\n<p>Maknite jabuke s vatre pa dodajte cimet i griz i promije\u0161ajte. Ukoliko ima jo\u0161 vidljive teku\u0107ine (soka od jabuka) slobodno dodajte jo\u0161 1-2 \u017elice griza. Ostavite nadjev neka se hladi dok pipremate tijesto za biskvit.<\/p>\n<p>Jaja pjenasto izmiksajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom pa dodajte ulje, jogurt i mlijeko. Na kraju dodajte bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo pa miksajte smjesu jo\u0161 kratko na najmanjoj brzini da uklonite sve grudice.<\/p>\n<p>Pola biskvitne smjesu izlijte u ve\u0107i kalup za pe\u010denje (25\u00d730 cm) kojeg ste prethodno namastili i pobra\u0161nili. Biskvit kratko pecite cca 10 minuta na 180\u00b0C. Polupe\u010deno tijesto ravnomjerno prekrijte nadjevom od jabuka, a zatim i ostatkom biskvitne smjese.<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d s jabukama nastavite pe\u0107i jo\u0161 20-tak minuta na istoj temperturi. \u010ca\u010dkalicom provjerite je li pe\u010den.
