Pjenasto umutite omek\u0161ali margarin sa \u0161e\u0107erom, te mu dodajte mljevene bademe i prosijano bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju lagano (mje\u0161aju\u0107i kuha\u010dom) u smjesu dodajte tvrdo tu\u010deni snijeg od bjelanjaka.<\/p>\n<p>Smjesu razma\u017eite na lim koji ste prethodno premazali margarinom i pecite u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vrijeme dobro mikserom umutite \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i vanili \u0161e\u0107erom, dok ne dobijete glatku sjajnu smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Kad je tijesto pe\u010deno vi\u0161e od pola, izvadite ga iz pe\u0107nice, te prema\u017eite \u017eutom smjesom.<\/p>\n<p>Smanjite pe\u0107nicu na 100\u00b0C, stavite premazano tijesto ponovo pe\u0107i i tako su\u0161ite otprilike 50 minuta do sat vremena.
