\/>\n400g. stracciatella jogurta<br \/>\n50g. naribane ili sitno sjeckane tamne \u010dokolade<br \/>\n2 vre\u0107ice \u0161lag pjene + 200ml. mlijeka<br \/>\n1 vre\u0107ica \u017eelatine u prahu + 4 \u017elice vode<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nBiskvit pripremamo tako da prvo odvojimo \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka koje ostavimo sa strane,a \u017eumanjke par minuta mutite sa \u0161e\u0107erom najve\u0107om brzinom,dok smjesa ne postane svijetla i pjenasta.<br \/>\nU \u017eumanjke dodajte jogurt,naribanu \u010dokoladu,ulje i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er,i kratko promije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom.<\/p>\n<p>Sjedinite bra\u0161no,puding i pra\u0161ak za pecivo,pa dodajte prvoj smjesi. dobro promije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom.<br \/>\nNa kraju \u017elicom umije\u0161ajte bjelanjke koje ste istukli u snijeg. istresite smjesu u kalup oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje(22\u00d733) i pecite 10-ak min.na 200 stupnjeva.<br \/>\nKad se biskvit malo prohladi,skinite papir,vratite biskvit u kalup,i prelijte s 150ml.toplog mlijeka.<br \/>\nVe\u0107 dok se biskvit pe\u010de mo\u017eete po\u010deti s pripremom kreme.U 1dl.mlijeka pomije\u0161ajte puding,\u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. ostatak zakipite,pa skuhajte u njemu smjesu sa pudingom. u vru\u0107u smjesu dodajte bijelu \u010dokoladu,i promije\u0161ajte da se otopi. ostavite kremu pokrivenu prozirnom folijom da se do kraja ohladi.<br \/>\nHladnu kremu razradite mikserom. \u017eelatinu pomije\u0161ajte s vodom. istucite \u0161lag od 2 \u0161lag pjene i 200ml.mlijeka. kremi dodajte jogurt,naribanu \u010dokoladu i \u0161lag. sve fino promije\u0161ajte \u017elicom.<br \/>\nna kraju dodajte \u017eelatinu koju ste otopili na laganoj vatri. promije\u0161ajte jo\u0161 jednom,pa izlijte kremu preko kola\u010da.<br \/>\nAko nemate ovaj stracciatella jogurt,umjesto njega stavite obi\u010dni \u010dvrsti jogurt,i pove\u0107ajte koli\u010dinu ribane \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br
