U manjoj posudi pomje\u0161ati gustin, \u0161e\u0107er i burbon vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, narendanu koricu narand\u017ee (obi\u010dno zamrznem koricu, lak\u0161e se renda), \u017eumanca i umje\u0161ati sa sokom od narand\u017ee. Kad se mlijeko zagrije skuhati gustu kremu uz stalno mje\u0161anje. Skinuti sa \u0161poreta, prekriti povr\u0161inu prozirnom folijom i ostaviti na hla\u0111enje.<\/p>\n<p>Kora:<br \/>\nBjelanca miksati par minuta pa postepeno dodavati \u0161e\u0107er dok se ne dobije fini snijeg od bjelanaca. Dodati orase i bra\u0161no, lagano kuha\u010dom umje\u0161ati i izliti na pleh koji smo oblo\u017eili pek papirom i lagano premazali hladnim maslacem. Dimenzije su 40\u00d730 cm. Pe\u0107i koru na 170 stepeni oko 15-ak minuta, zavisi od rerne. Kad je kora pe\u010dena i prohla\u0111ena prerezati je uspravno na 3 ili 4 dijela, po \u017eelji, tako da tobijete 3 ili 4 kore du\u017eine 30 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Fil:<br \/>\nU mlaku kremu dodati 60 g maslaca i dobro izmiksati (maslac dodajem \u010disto da fil bude kremastiji, ovo mo\u017eete i izostaviti), a kad je krema potpuno ohla\u0111ena, umutiti slatko vrhnje (ja koristim zasla\u0111eno sl.vrhnje, a vi po \u017eelji) i pomje\u0161ati sa filom, ja kad dodajem sl. vrhnje uvijek mije\u0161am kuha\u010dom, bude mi ljep\u0161a krema.<\/p>\n<p>Fil podijeliti na 3 ili 4 jednaka dijela (u zavisnosti da li radite sa 3 ili 4 kore) i filovati kore. Na kraju ukrasiti kola\u010d sa sjeckanim orasima ili grilja\u017eom i dobro rashladiti.
