Kada se malo ohladi, umije\u0161ati u mljeveo meso, dodati 1 dcl mineralne vode, 1 jaje i 4 ju\u0161ne \u017elice kru\u0161nih mrvica. Kada sve dobro promije\u0161ate, dodati ostale za\u010dine prema \u017eelji (papar, granulirani \u010de\u0161njak, crvena paprika\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Kao podlogu za roladu staviti prianjaju\u0107u foliju na radnu povr\u0161inu. Oblikovati pravokutnik od pola smjese mesa u premazati ga s 2 \u017elice odmrznutog pasiranog \u0161pinata te posuti s malo granuliranog \u010de\u0161njaka i su\u0161enog per\u0161ina.<br \/>\nPreko toga rasporediti 5 listi\u0107a sira, a na sir 5-6 \u0161nitica \u0161unke u ovitku. Preko svega na sredinu staviti 3 tvrdo kuhana, prepolovljena jaja.<\/p>\n<p>Na sve to stavljati \u017elicu po \u017elicu ostatka mesne smjese, zamotati u foliju i oblikovati u \u0161trucu.<br \/>\nTako zamotano staviti u zamrziva\u010d na brzo smrzavanje na 45-60min, tek toliko da se rolada ukruti i da ju je lak\u0161e prenijeti u tepsiju.<br \/>\nKada je rolada dovoljno kruta, izvaditi ju iz zamrziva\u010da, maknuti foliju i prebaciti \u0161trucu u vre\u010dicu za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Na vrh \u0161truce staviti nekoliko listi\u0107a maslaca ili margarina, zatvoriti vre\u0107icu, na vrhu napraviti nekoliko malih rupica da zrak mo\u017ee izlaziti i prebaciti u tepsiju.
