TOPI SE U USTIMA (SNJE\u017dANA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>3 kom manjih jabuka<br \/>\n3 kom. jaja<br \/>\n100gr mekog maslaca<br \/>\n150 gr. secera<br \/>\n150 gr. brasna<br \/>\n50 gr. gustina<br \/>\n1\/2 vrecice praska za pecivo<br \/>\n180 ml. svjezeg vrhnja<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite kalup 23-24 cm.obima,mozete peci i u cetvrtastom kalupu( moj je 28\/18 cm.)<br \/>\nZagrite pecnicu na 180\u00b0C. Jabuke ogulite,isjecite na cetvrtine,pa na tanke liste.Prebacite ih u manju zdjelicu i preko njih iscijedite sok od pola limuna da ne tamne. Jaja umutite sa secerom,mozete dodati i jedan buorbon van.secer,dok dobro ne zapjene.Dodajite komadice mekanog maslaca i miksajte dok se ne sjedini. Brasno pomjesajte sa gustinom i praskom za pecivo i prosite ga preko umucenih jaja.<br \/>\nIzmjesajte spatulom da ne bude grudvica. Umutite svjeze vrhnje u slag. Dodajte par kasika umucenog vrhnja u smjesu sa jajima i lagano izmjesajte spatulom mjesajuci od dna prema vrhu..dodajte ostatak umucenog vrhnja i ponovo lagano izmjesajte. Pretresite u kalup i u tijesto zabodite listice jabuka jednu do druge. Pecite 30-tak minuta.Provjerite cackalicom dali je pecena,ako pode previse tamniti mozete prekriti folijom.
